There are a few possible reasons why your account shows you as a non-member:
- You were a non-member when you created the account but have now become a member.
- You accidentally created a non-member account even though you’re a member (you may have done this by mistake if you ran into errors entering your postal code, email address, etc.).
- You have two accounts: a member account, which you may not have access to for various reasons and a non-member account, which you can access.
- You had a member account but your membership expired or was cancelled.
It's also possible that your membership number is already registered (you might already have a member and non-member account). If you want to use the same email as the non-member account, request to have your non-member account deleted. Once deleted, you can change the email on your membership account.
